When I got home from Phoenix I came home to a surprise, CHICKENS! Haiden really wanted chickens and so Ryan said yes and decided to build a home for them.

Well I guess it has been a while since I have posted on my blog. I have to say life has been busy. I went to Phoenix with my sister to see a good friend from highschool. I was so good to get away, we had such a great time. Here are some of our adventures!

We had lunch at a restruant that was in an old Asylum. They actually have ghost tours that they do at night. This town was crazy. It was like stepping back in time. Everything was so old. We has such a great time. I can't wait to do it again!

It's been a long time since I have blogged. I was waiting to get our family pictures done so we could post them, but I won't get them back for a while, so I will update you on all of us! Madi and Haiden have both started basketball so we are busy driving them to and from that. Haiden was in a JUDO tournament on halloween and took second place, she did awesome. Madi just started taking a dance class twice a week and is really excited about it. Elle just finished soccer and is taking a break for a while. Ryan and Haiden are headed to another JUDO/JU tournament in Montana at the first of December. I just switched to night shift at the hospital and am trying to adjust. I also started taking an adult clogging class which is really fun. That sums up our life currently and I will post our family pictures soon, so be watching for them!

As you can see from the pictures, Elle did not do much playing. She sat on the side lines, then sat in the middle of the field, and refused to play. Hopefully she will play in the next game!

Marathon

Ryan and I decided early this year we would run the marathon and the 1/2 marathon. We signed up and paid for it in March of this year so we would have the motivation to train throughout the year. Ryan ran the full marathon which is 26.2 miles, I ran the 1/2 marathon with my friend and cousin-in-law Connie and her sister-in-law Melody. What a great feeling of accomplishment, I can't believe we did it! I dropped Ryan off to get on the bus a 5 am, his race started at the top of Buckskin at 6:15 am. My race started in Inkom at 8 am.

We decided to have one last trip before school started so we packed up the kids and went to Utah and stayed at Ryan's cousin Amie's house. Connie, Amie's sister and Ryan's cousin, packed up her family too and drove down from Pocatello for the fun. We went to Lagoon with 6 adults and 9 kids. We had so much fun! Here are some pictures of our adventure!

Train Ride

The railroad was offering free train rides yesterday in Soda, so we packed up the girls and headed down there along with my one of my sisters, brother, and sister in law. The kids really enjoyed it. We were able to sit in the very top of the train and had an amazing view!

Our yard needed some much needed work. So, my wonderful husband spent a couple of days geeting the yard ready to we could sod it and make is fun for the kids!

I have been training at my new job so my wonderful parents helped me out for a couple of days so I could work. Our family friend has horses and the girls have be dying to go out to her house and ride them. Thank you Tausha and Gary, you are awesome, the girls haven't stopped taking about riding the horses since!

Every year my girls school classes go on an end of the year campout. All of you that know me well, know that I am not a camper. I go once a year with one of my girls. This year I went backpacking with Madi's 5th/6th grade class. It rained and it was cold but we made it!

Graduation Party

Ryan wanted to celebrate my graduation by having a BBQ with friends and family. We invited lots of friends and just our families. Thank you to everyone for supporting my through my journey. I appreciate all of you who came. I didn't really want to celebrate because I hate being the center of attention but I had a great time.

Well, sorry it has been a while. Life has been busy. I am studying to take my state boards, the girls just got out of school, and I have been interviewing for jobs. Here are a few pictures from my graduation. I have found a job and a new facility in town I am excited to start working. I got stuck with jury duty for a couple of weeks so hopefully they won't want me so I can take my boards and begin working!

Sorry for not posting in a long time, but life has been busy. I turned 30 on April 28th, I am getting ready to graduate from ISU finally! We went to Boise to watch Ryan compete in a Jiu-Jitsu competetion, and he did great. Both Haiden and Madison are getting ready for class camping trips. I am also going to go with Madi on her Backpack trip, I hope I will survive camping with 24 5th/6th graders! I will post many pictures soon!

Life

Sorry no pictures, because we are having computer issues and I can't down load pictures onto my laptop. Anyways lots of things have happened. Madi broke her arm while snowboarding at Pebble. She went skiing with her school and Ryan got a call from her teacher and he had to drive up and get her. I was working at the hospital and was able to meet them at the doctors office to get the news. The girls just had 80's day at their school, and let me tell you how great they looked with big hair! Haiden has just started taking jujitsu and loves it, her dad started it first and she really wanted to do it. Elle, is growing to fast, my baby will be turning 3 soon, I can't believe it. I am almost done with school I only have 2 months to go and I will finally be a college graduate!

Things have been busy with school so I haven't taken the time to blog in a while. The girls just had their speech festival at school and they both did very well. Ryan and I were both able to be there it watch them give their speeches. Ryan just took Haiden skiing for her first time today, she was so excited, I can't wait to see how she likes it. Madi has been snowboarding for several years now, so she will be up on the hill doing her own thing! Elle is growing like a weed, and I can't believe she will be three in a few of months. Time flies!

Our dog was having some issues with her eyes, which is normal for a shar pei, due to all the excess skin they have. She doesn't look to have that much extra, but when she was a puppy she was very wrinkly. She had to have surgery to remove some of the extra skin because her bottom eyelids were folding into her eyes, causing her eyelashes to irritate her eyes. If we wouldn't have had the surgery done, she could have eventually lost her vision. Here is a tribute to her!
Here she is a day after surgery hanging out with a cone around her neck. The poor girl has to wear it for 2 weeks.

We had a great time sledding with our extended family one day after all of the snow fall! The kids had a great time going up and down the hill, Elle and my nephew Keyton even went down all by themselves! We had tons of fun hanging out with our family! We love you guys!

I know I am late posting her birthday picture, but the holidays seemed to take over and I haven't had time. My baby just turned 12 years old, I can't believe how quickly time flies. It seems like just yesterday that she was born. Madi is so excited to be in young womens, she was the oldest girl in primary (the only one in her age group). She is now old enough to wear make up, what was I thinking, I forgot how much time I spent in the bathroom getting ready when I was that old! She has become a beautiful young women and our family wouldn't be the same without her!

Light Parade

The girls and I went to the light parade with family and friends. Unfortunately Ryan had to work so he wasn't able to join us. Needless to say, it was freezing, and Elle ended up falling asleep in my arms wrapped up in a blanket. We had a great time with everyone.

Happy Anniversary! It's been nine years and they have flown by. It seems like just yesterday that we got married. I am so greatful for my husband and I am extremely happy with our life today, I wouldn't change a thing. We have three beautiful girls who are the light of our lives. He has supported me while I have gone to school and worked on my nursing degree, and I love him for that, thanks for letting me strive for my dreams. I am so happy to be married to a man who brings out the best in me and has made me a better person. Thanks for your love and support. I love you.

Ice Cream

On the weekends we like rent movies, stay up late, and eat lots of treats. As you can see in this picture Elle really enjoyed her ice cream last weekend. We have so much fun spending time together.

Halloween

Ryan had to work on Halloween so my sister and I decided to take the girls to Soda to see my mom and dad. We went to a small carnival during the day and went the the city trunk or treat in the evening and then went to a few of the neighvors houses on my parents street.

Madi is getting to the age that she doesn't want to dress up for Halloween anymore, as you can see. She did put on a football jersey later that night.

Well today has been an eventful day at our house. My husband decide that he wanted to cut his hair today, and for Ryan that means right away. We were lucky enough to get him an appointment with his friends wife Kayla and she did a great job. He is one of those men who has thick, curly, beautiful hair that most women are envious of, especially me! I love my husbands hair both short or long so I didn't really care if he cut it or kept it long, but he definitely looks like a new man and I have to say that I like it!

Ryan went to pick up Elle from daycare after he got his haircut and she didn't recognized him.

These are Haiden's flowers that she grew from seed with the help of her Grandpa Reddish. She loves spending time with her grandparents in Soda Springs. She is very proud and has worked hard to keep them alive, next year she plans growing enough flowers from seed to fill my entire flower garden!

First Day of School

The Girls just started school today. Madi is in 6th grade, she is turning into a little lady. Haiden is in 3rd grade, and she keeps me on my toes. They were so excited to get back to school. I also started school this week. I just started my last year of the nursing program, I will finally graduate in May of next year, I can't wait. What a blessing it has been for me to have my family here to help my during my long journey to finish school. Thank you, everyone! The girls have grown up so fast. I can't believe how quickly time flies.

Ryan finally found himself a small truck. We have been waiting for the perfect opportunity to come along, it finally did, and we couldn't pass it up. Even though it is an older truck we are very excited about it, especially Elle, she thinks it is the greatest thing in the world!

Madison just returned home from visiting her Dad in Reno. Haiden had cut her hair while she was gone so of course the first thing Madi wanted to do was cut her hair, and color it brown.

Ryan and I just took a weekend trip to Las Vegas because Ryan's best friend got married.
Here we are waiting for the plane to take off.
This was the hotel we stayed at, the strip is beautiful at night! Here we are wasting time waiting for the limo to pick us up and take us to the wedding chapel and of course it was late.

When Ryan and I were married almost 9 years ago, Ryan and Josh had a picture taken like this so we had to replicate it for them. I have not be Vegas for 10 years, although we had a good time with our friends and saw some great shows, I have no desire to go back to for a long time.
